How do I manage my subscription?

Click Manage Subscription in the left sidebar to open your secure billing portal, where you update payment, download invoices, buy credits, and change plans.
Everything about your billing lives in one place: your secure billing portal. You reach it from inside CounselPro, and it handles your payment method, invoices, plan changes, and credits.
How do I open my billing portal?
In the left sidebar, click Manage Subscription. CounselPro opens your billing portal in a new tab. It is run through our payment provider, so your card details stay with them and never sit on our servers.
What can I do there?
From the billing portal you can:
Update the credit card or payment method on file
View and download past invoices and receipts for your records
Buy more credits when a case runs your balance down
Change your plan, or cancel it
Changes you make in the portal flow back to CounselPro on their own, so there is nothing to re-enter once you are done.
Only an account owner can manage the subscription. If you do not see Manage Subscription in the sidebar, you are a member of the account rather than an owner, so ask an owner at your firm to make the change. See how do I remove someone or leave a firm for who owns an account.
