How do I log in to CounselPro?CounselPro logs you in with a 6-digit code emailed to you, not a password. Enter your email, get the code, type it in, and you land on your dashboard.I didn't get my verification code, what do I do?No CounselPro login code? Check your spam, confirm the email is right, then click Use different email to send a fresh one. Codes expire in 15 minutes.CounselPro says my account was not foundAccount not found" means no CounselPro account exists for the email you entered. Check for a typo or a different address, or make one if your firm hasn't.Does CounselPro use a password?No. CounselPro is passwordless. Every login uses a fresh 6-digit code emailed to you, so there's no password to set, remember, reset, or worry about leaking.How much does CounselPro cost?CounselPro has two ways to pay: $499 for a single project you can bill to the client, or an annual subscription starting at $100 a month for unlimited projects.What's included in each CounselPro plan?Core extracts and categorizes. Plus adds AI chat, forensic reports, and brokerage. Premier adds self-healing reconciliation. A single project has it all.What are credits and how does CounselPro count usage?CounselPro runs on credits. A bank statement page costs 1 credit, and denser pages like tax forms cost 2. Your plan comes with a yearly balance to draw from.What happens when I run out of credits?When your balance runs low, you buy a packet of 1,000, 5,000, or 10,000 credits. Bigger packets cost less per credit, and your yearly balance still resets.When does my usage reset?Annual plans come with 12,000 credits that refill each yearly renewal, not monthly. A single project's 1,000 credits stay with the project and don't reset.How do I manage my subscription?Click Manage Subscription in the left sidebar to open your secure billing portal, where you update payment, download invoices, buy credits, and change plans.Why is my plan inactive?A "Your plan is inactive" screen means you have no active plan right now. Pick a plan, agree to the terms, and click Activate plan to get back into the app.How do I change my firm's name?Open Settings, and in the Firm Details card type a new name in Firm Name and click Save. Only an account owner can change it. It shows on your dashboard.
