At CounselPro, we are committed to providing exceptional service and helping you get the most value from our platform.

If you're not satisfied with your subscription, please contact us at support@counselpro.ai. We'll work with you to address any issues. If you're still unsatisfied after that, we'll issue a full refund under the terms below:

• Monthly plans: Refunds are available for the current billing cycle if requested within 30 days of the billing date.
• Yearly plans: Refunds are available if the request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

In both cases, your subscription will be canceled and platform access will end upon refund.

Note: This policy applies only to monthly subscription fees and does not cover any additional services or fees.
