While we are always happy to help you troubleshoot any issues, we understand if you'd prefer to simply request a refund. Our guidelines are as follows:
Refund Eligibility Refunds are available for requests made within the first 30 days of your billing date. To remain eligible for a refund, your account must stay within the following usage limits:
- Page Processing: You have processed 200 pages or fewer in total.
- No Exports: You have not yet exported any data or reports from the platform.
- Document Types: Our tools are designed specifically for North American bank and credit card statements. Because the platform is not built to read other formats, we cannot offer refunds based on a lack of output or poor results when processing unsupported document types.
Requesting a Refund To initiate a request, please email support@counselpro.ai. Our team is here to help make the process as simple as possible and will ensure your request is handled promptly.
- Usage Finality: Once you have processed more than 200 pages and/or performed an export, the service is considered fully rendered and the subscription is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Immediate Cancellation: Upon the issuance of a refund, your subscription will be canceled and access to the platform will end.
- Scope: This policy covers subscription fees only and does not apply to additional services. All refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
