The estate, reconstructed
The person who could explain these accounts is gone. All you have is paper: statements across banks, brokerages, and years, in every format and every quality. CounselPro reads all of it, rebuilds each balance to the day they died, and flags the money that moved in the months before, so the accounting you file is complete and every line has a page behind it.
Every account rebuilt to its balance on the date of death, summed into the gross estate the court is waiting for.
The large withdrawals and transfers in the last quarter of life, each one dated and tied to the statement it came from.
New joint owners, power-of-attorney withdrawals, money moving to one heir. Surfaced neutrally, for you to explain or challenge.

The estate, accounted for
Administering an estate comes down to a handful of hard questions. CounselPro gives you a straight answer to each one, drawn from the statements and traceable back to the page.
Rebuild the inventory to the date of death
Every account, every balance, as of the day they died. CounselPro pulls every transaction out of the statements and rebuilds each balance, so the gross estate you certify is grounded in the records, not a best guess.
Find the money that left before death
Large withdrawals and transfers in the final months are where estates get drained. Ask where the money went in the last year and get a table, a chart, or a flow-of-funds map back, with the recipient named and the page cited.
Know you have every account and every month
Before you certify an inventory, CounselPro shows which account-months you actually have and which are missing, so a forgotten account or a gap in the records does not surface after distributions are made.
Hand the court a clean accounting
Balances, spending, and transfers laid out in a forensic report built for estate administration, the kind of accounting a fiduciary can file and a beneficiary's lawyer can pick apart without finding a hole.
Back every figure at the hearing
Click any number to open the exact statement page it came from, so when a beneficiary challenges a balance or a transfer, the proof is one click away, not buried in a box you have to dig through.
How one estate came clear
A contested estate: six accounts, four years of records, half of it clean PDFs and half faded scans and old faxes. The other heirs suspected the sibling who lived closest had been moving money. Here is what the reconstruction found once every statement went in.
Ten weeks before death, a new name went on the brokerage account. The funds would have passed outside the estate, around the other three heirs, until the statements showed when it happened.
A transfer to a single heir and a check to the in-home caregiver, both in the final 90 days, traced from the account they left to the day they cleared.
Every account reconstructed to its balance on the date of death, across four years of records and six accounts, summed into one inventory the court could accept.
The upshot
What used to mean a paralegal and weeks of data entry, or a forensic accountant the estate could rarely justify, was done in under an hour. The fiduciary filed an accounting with every figure linked to its page. When the accounting was challenged, it held.
Answer every beneficiary
A fiduciary can be surcharged for an accounting that does not hold. The worst moment is a beneficiary's lawyer pointing at a number you cannot trace. When every balance and every transfer opens to the page it came from, that moment goes away. You walk in with the whole estate and you can defend each piece of it.
Why is the brokerage $120,000 lighter than the will assumed?
A new joint owner was added ten weeks before death. The account, the date, and the balance before and after are on page 7.
Who received money in the final months?
One heir got a $75,000 transfer, the caregiver a $40,000 check, both inside the last 90 days. Named, dated, and traced to the account each one left.
Is this every account, or are there more?
Six accounts, four years of records, with each account-month that is present and each one that is missing laid out before the inventory was certified.
Can you prove these balances, or is this an estimate?
Every balance opens to the statement page it was drawn from. Nothing in the accounting is a guess.
