02

Every account filtered to the months around the separation date, and what moved.

Asset tracing in the report
03

Who is on the other side of the transfers?

Payees resolved across accounts, and a recipient seen nowhere else in the case flagged.

Related parties
04

What does the standard of living cost?

Spending by period and category, beside the income it was reported on, for the support calculation.

Lifestyle analysis
05

Will every figure survive cross?

Every month balanced to its printed totals, and every row keeps the page it was read from.

How reconciliation works

The separation line

Five accounts on one timeline, with the dates the case turns on ruled across it

The money moves around two dates, the separation and the filing. Filter every account to the months around them and the pattern reads as one shape.

Five marital accounts across eighteen months, January 2024 to June 2025, with the separation on 14 September 2024 and the filing on 3 October 2024 ruled across the grid.

At separation

The monthly partnership distributions into the operating account stop in September (····8830, p. 9).

After the filing

An account in one name opens in October, and from November the same distributions land there (····7719, p. 1).

The report for a marital estate

Five of its twelve sections are written for a divorce

Pick family law, give it three facts, and the report writes the sections a marital estate needs, each finding cited to its page. Hidden assets, the standard of living and the timing around separation are written up here.

7. Asset tracing

Between March and May 2024 the personal checking account wired $125,000.00 three times to Alder Ridge Holdings LLC, an entity that appears in no other account in the case. Each wire was followed within four days by a transfer of between $94,000.00 and $110,000.00 out of the receiving account.

Potential dissipation of marital funds. The pattern of round wires followed by transfers out in the spring before separation may warrant scrutiny (····0127.pdf, p. 14).

The partnership distributions recorded in the operating account through September 2024 resume in November in an account held in one name, opened the month before. The receiving account is absent from the schedule of assets.

8. Transfer pattern analysis

Deposits into the account opened in October follow the monthly rhythm of the distributions that stopped in September, in the same amounts, from the same payer.

Eight deposits of $96,500.00 reach ····7719 between November 2024 and June 2025, $772,000.00 in all, each from Harrow Capital Partners LP. It is the amount the operating account received from that payer every month before September.

11. Forensic timeline analysis

The three wires to Alder Ridge Holdings LLC clear on 11 March, 9 April and 6 May 2024, between 187 and 131 days before the separation on 14 September 2024. The transfers out of Alder Ridge on 15 March and 12 April clear four and three days after the wires they follow.

The distributions into the operating account stop in September, the month of the separation. The account ····7719 opens in October, the month of the filing on 3 October 2024, and the first distribution lands there in November.

The declaration reports income of $41,000.00 a month. The deposits in section 2 average $187,000.00 a month, and $149,000.00 of that comes from two entities, Harrow Capital Partners LP and Alder Ridge Holdings LLC.

The coverage summary holds every monthly cycle of the five accounts in this section from January 2024, or the month the account opened, to June 2025, so the sequence above rests on every month of the period.

Family law analysis questions, answered

What family law attorneys ask first

Can CounselPro calculate income available for support?
Yes. Income is computed from the bank deposits, with internal transfers, refunds and loan proceeds set aside, and the capacity-to-pay workflow sets it against the household’s recurring obligations for an alimony or child support figure. Every deposit that counts keeps its page.
How do I prove dissipation of marital assets?
Filter every account to the months around the separation date and read what moved. The asset tracing section of the forensic report writes the pattern up, each transfer cited to its page, describes it as potential dissipation, and leaves the legal conclusion to you.
Does it read credit card statements and checks?
Bank, credit card and check statements from virtually any U.S. institution, scans included. A card statement also names the authorized users on the account, and a card the other side never mentioned is a finding on its own.
Will the numbers hold up in court?
Every statement cycle is balanced to its printed beginning and ending totals, and a month that comes up short is read again against the page image until it matches. A figure the records cannot support is left open and flagged for you, and every row keeps its page.
