Pricing · Two ways to buy

CounselPro pricing and plans

One case, billed to the client like a filing fee. Or a plan that drops the cost per matter, billed monthly or yearly.

Each plan reads more of the record

Extraction on Core, AI on Plus, self-healing reconciliation on Premier. A Single Project turns all of it on for one case.

Your credits refill to 1,000 at the start of every billing month.

What each plan unlocks

Capability by capability

Nothing here is a seat or a user. Every plan covers the whole firm, and the only thing that changes is how deep CounselPro reads the record.

Credits

One page, one credit

A bank statement page costs one credit. A tax form or brokerage page costs two, because there is twice as much on it. Monthly plans refill to 1,000 credits at the start of every billing month, and yearly plans get all 12,000 up front.

What you start with

credits with a Single Project, capped at 10,000
1,000
credits every month on a monthly Core, Plus or Premier plan
12,000
credits up front on a yearly plan, used whenever you need them

Roughly 400 to 600 statement pages on a typical matter, so a month of credits covers about two.

Topping upOn a heavy month, buy a packet. Bigger packets lower the price per credit, and the rate follows how much work a credit does on your plan.1,000Packet5,000Packet10,000Best rate

Questions

Asked before signing

On a one-off matter, run a Single Project and bill the $499 straight to that client as a case expense, the same way you would a filing fee or a records request. For firms running financial analysis across many matters, a plan is the cheaper path: you get credits at a low cost per matter and fold them into your standard case costs. Single Projects make the cost easy to pass through; plans make it cheap enough to absorb.
